My Thoughts Create My Physical Experience

The idea of "success," for most people, revolves around money
or the acquisition of property or other possessions--but we consider
a state of joy as the greatest achievement of success.

And while the attainment of money and wonderful possessions certainly
can enhance your state of joy, the achievement of a good-feeling
physical body is by far the greatest factor for maintaining a continuing state of joy and Well-Being.

Every part of your life is experienced through the perspective of
your physical body, and when you feel good, everything you see
looks better.

Certainly it is possible to maintain a good attitude even when
your physical body is diminished in some way, but a good-feeling
body is a powerful basis for an ongoing good attitude.

  1. Great advice to take care of your body and health, it's the most important thing that you have and you have it only once :) Thanks for bringing awareness!

  2. Just love it as too many peope focus on money but should be focusing on joy. They would be more successful in life :)

    1. Patricia,

True. And the interesting thing is as you focus on really feeling joy and being happy, all the other things you want can then come to you, as well. It is Law.

  3. Kathy,
You make great points. Our body, and our senses are the vehicle by which we experience and interact with life itself!
I contend that the body is the physical expression of a disagreement between the Mind(thoughts) and our Emotions (Heart- or Soul). There's no way for the body NOT to react when we are out of alignment, and it often causes pain, and eventually illness. And of course, it's the same with business success!
    Thanks for sharing!

    1. Lianda, I agree with you. Your body and the rest of the physical expression of our lives is definitely affected by our dominant thoughts and vibration. There is a "spiritual" cause underlying every unwanted situation.
That is why learning and then applying Universal Laws to your own life are so important.

  4. Good points. For myself, I struggle (pretty constantly!) with weight control, and when I'm on the upswing side of the scale, I always notice first that I start feeling less physically well, then eventually less emotionally well, to boot. It all goes hand in hand.
