Today is the last day of the April 2013 edition of the (UBC) Ultimate Blog Challenge (of which I had the joy and pleasure of being involved).

In thinking about it, there are many, many thoughts, lessons and realizations that I could ponder here, but the one that keeps coming to mind is the one that comes to my mind many, many times in my life when I and many other people experience what is basically the same thing, yet get totally different results, reactions and feelings about it.

This is no different.

For me, being part of the UBC was a great chance to get into a new habit of blogging daily.

In doing so, I actually DID get into the habit of blogging and now that it is a habit, I want to continue it.

Blogging daily has many physical Universe advantages:  it increases your SEO and increases your audience which in turn should increase your leads and possibly clients.

It also increases your collaborations with others and generally is very good for your business on a practical level.

But it is SO much more than that on a mental, emotional and spiritual level.

Any time you improve on one area of your life, that improved vibration carries over and improves all other areas of your life, even if just a little bit.

In addition, everything is ENERGY and as you flow it out---in posting on the blog, sharing it and commenting on other blogs---you allow for that much more to flow into you.

Of course, all of the positive that I've experienced from this is because it actually RAISED my vibration and made me happy to do it.

As I said earlier, it has always amazed me that several people can experience relatively the same thing and get different results.  Well, that is the point.  Not everyone who has participated in this challenge did so with the same thoughts and vibration as myself.

Some are actually relieved it is over. 

They have no intention of continuing.

They did not have the intention or purpose of having this create a more positive habit for themselves.

Some may even still be confused and not really even comprehend why it is they even bothered as it did nothing for them.

You see!

Same experience, different results, reactions and feelings.

And all of that is the direct result of where they are VIBRATIONALLY right now and what it is that they are attracting.

If you participated in the UBC or not, you can learn a lesson from this.  If life is what you want, keep doing what you are doing.

If it is not, this is yet another example of a time to look at things and see how they are to see how you want them to improve and start moving in that direction.

As for me, I plan to continue blogging.

This UBC has really increased my creative flows and I have met some great people, learned a lot of great things, expanded both my business and my awareness, yet again and am thrilled to have been (and to remain) a part of it.

You've Heard You Are Like The Five People You Are Most With - If You Are Not Where You Want To Be - It Is About Time To Change Them

You are the average of the five people who take up the most of your daily attention.

Either in person, reading their books, watching their videos, listening to their audios, etc.

If you want to have a better life, then make a list of all the traits and things you want to be, do and have and then compare that lists to what those 5 people are, do and have.

If they do not match, then find people who do match and spend more time giving attention to them.


That seems so very simple but people just don't get it.

Here are some examples:

If you are in a relationship that you want to grow and nurture, it is not a good idea to spend a lot of your time and attention on people who have bad relationships or are constantly complaining about their relationships.

If you want more money, you don't want to spend time with people who have a poverty consciousness or are always having money troubles.

If you want good health, you don't want to be in groups that are constantly talking about their unwanted condition.

If you are single and want to be married, hang out with happy married people or read books about them. 

If you are happy with your job (or want to be) don't spend time with people who constantly complain about theirs.

You want to deliberately put your dominant attention on that which you are wanting.

But here is the rub.

The reason those other people are in your life is because by the Law of Attraction!

YOU attracted them because they currently MATCH your dominant vibration.

Most likely, you did it like most people, unknowingly and by default, so don't beat yourself up about it.

Just notice where you are and start to make a change.

As you first start shifting this attention, it will feel a bit uncomfortable.

This is when it is important to use some of the other tools I have written about in this blog and in my daily email coaching.

Then, as you shift your attention and thus your vibration, allow those others to fade harmoniously away or they might see your positive new life and decide to come along for the ride.  

However, don't try to change them or make them come along.

You can only work on yourself and allow all others to do the same if you really want to attract the life of your dreams.

Make Good News Travel Fast

There is an old saying, "Bad news travels fast."
 
And I've seen that to be true in life.  I bet you have, too.
 
People you almost never hear from will contact you to tell you bad news.
 
They never call to tell you some exciting thing like someone got a new job or they just remodeled the house.  No, that would be "bragging".  (Which I'm totally OK with and encourage from the Highest Spiritual sense.)
 
However, there is a shift going on and I've noticed it mostly with entrepreneurs.......
 
People are spreading more positive!!!
 
As people come to know about and really apply the Universal Laws, they realize that they are "adding to" whatever they put their attention on and that over time they will not only attract less "bad news" but that they will also attract more good, if they do this.
 
So, those people are actually spreading only Good News!
 
To begin with, this is quite a change to those around them because even unknowingly, people DO notice when you stand out from everyone by being more positive in every day life even in subtle ways.
 
This is great.
 
As more and more people are learning and applying Universal Laws, more people are "adding to" the improved condition on earth.
 
And that is what we were all supposed to be doing all along.
 
No wonder it says in the Bible:

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Philippians 4:8

Out Of Our Greatest Pain Can Come Our Greatest Growth

Many times our greatest growth has come after our greatest pain.

If you have lost a loved one, you know what I mean.

If you have had any loss, you know what I mean.

We search to fill that emptiness inside.

I can attest to the Good News that it CAN be done and you WILL survive.

You can even come out stronger on the other end and AMAZINGLY enough, you will even feel happy, joyful and other high emotions, again.

You think in that moment of sadness that it will never happen, but it can and it will.

My life is so wonderful now that I almost never think of what has come before.

It is all about this moment and creating my perfect life now.

However, since so many of my coaching clients are going through or have gone through things that they feel keep them from achieving all they want, I will report, that I've been through a lot myself.

I will not go into all of it here as it is not necessary.

Just know, that I have gone through a lot and yet am where I am now.

You can, too.

It is actually very simple.

And just like when you learned to ride a bike or drive a car, it gets easier the more you practice.

Until eventually, you will live the life of your dreams in a state of high vibration and create all that you are wanting pretty much on auto-pilot. 

Just like how you now ride a bike and drive a car without even thinking about it.

Get started now. 

It helps when you have a road map and specific things to do to get you there and that is where help from someone who has "been there, done that" comes in.

DECLARE This Day For Yourself - Today Can Be YOUR Day!

Join in and DECLARE this today for yourself.
 

Today can be YOUR day!

Focus your thoughts like a laser beam toward what you want and do not allow any contrary thoughts to enter in.

Stay in the "feeling place" of already having what you are wanting and all Universal Forces will align to match that vibration and bring it to you.


Every so often I have a LOVE FEST day or a Creation Day or a Day like today.

It is the ENERGY that I feel in the world and want people to tap into it.

Are You Really Ready For A Better Life???

Habits, habits, habits. 

We are all stuck in habits. 
 
Even the habits that keep us in the life we
DO NOT want. 

These habits of talking, thinking and feeling unwanted emotions are unconscious to us. 

In my circle of friends, I am rarely in situations where people complain or have anything negative as a topic of conversation. 

However, once in a while, I am attending some event where there are people who only speak of such negative things.   If you watch any television, that is basically all you see.

It goes back to the Hee Haw post ---"if it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all."----it would seem with these people. 

I can see ways that I could help them but I generally don't offer help or advice directly to someone unless they ask for it because otherwise, they just get annoyed. 

However, knowing I am a Life Coach, many people, even in social settings DO ask me for help. 

And I can immediately tell if they are actually READY for a solution and here is how: 

They will actually see how this may work for them AND they DO it! 

However, almost every time in this type of situation, upon receiving my suggestions, the person will tell me how they have tried that or done this and indeed, it did not work. 
 
Or they know people who have done it and it doesn't work. 
 
These are the people who are NOT ready for a solution no matter what they say or no matter how miserable their life is. 

Argue for your limitations, and you get to keep them.  

You certainly CAN change your life and it can start right now. 

The first step is to decide that you really want a solution and will do something different starting now to make a change. 

It is insanity to keep doing the same things and expect different results.

When It Is Good To Be "Selfish"

We were taught that being "selfish" is a bad thing and when you take the American meaning of the word----"Caring supremely or unduly for one's self; regarding one's own comfort, advantage, etc., in disregard, or at the expense, of those of others"--- it is.

But Abraham tells us to be "as selfish as a cat". 

Well, the reason is that Abraham is talking about a different definition for the word. 

The author Elizabeth Gilbert explains this very well.  She says we just need another definition for the word like they have in the Mandarin Chinese language where there are two words for 'selfish'.
 
One is used with mean-spirited, malicious intent.  Similar to the meaning that we think of in America when we use the word selfish".

The other meaning is about a profound connection to Spirit.  

When you strive to be this kind of "selfish", not only will your own life improve, but you will be more giving to others in all areas, because from this connection to Source, your potential for abundance is unlimited.
 
This is a very good way to be "selfish" and you should strive toward it.
 
I have found that when people are very connected with Source and living in alignment with Universal Laws, they will tend to be even more giving to others. 
 
They just know that it all begins with themselves.
 
Start with raising your own vibration and creating your own perfect life and then you will see how much better you can help improve other people's lives.

If You Could Change One Thing In Your Life -- Right Now -- What Would You Change?

If you could change one thing in your life -- right now -- what would you change?
 
For Tina in New York it was stress at work.  
 
In her own words:
 
One of the habitual thoughts I had was I never had enough time to get any of my paperwork done at work....I gotta tell you that this is the first week in a long time that I actually got everything done and I'm actually ahead of my work schedule so it was fantastic!

This is probably not the first time you've thought about your own answer.
 
So what's keeping you from making the change?

Have you considered that there's only ONE thing you really need to do and everything else would fall in line and you'd see the change take place.

It sounds too simple, but that ONE thing you need to change is - your thinking!

As James Allen writes in As A Man Thinketh, "Let a person radically alter his thoughts, and he will be astonished at the rapid transformation it will effect in the material conditions of his life."

Do I Want MORE of THAT?!

Ask yourself, "Do I want more of that?" 

What you talk about, think about and look at most of the time is what you are telling the Universe "I want more of that."

Nothing is either good or bad for the Law of Attraction, it simply obeys you. The Universe just gives you more of it as it just matches where you put your attention most of the time.


Pay attention:  If you watch the bad news, ask yourself, "Do I want more of THAT?!"

If not, put your attention on something you do want more of.

If you often tell people that you are (sad, depressed, upset, mad, worried, etc.) ask yourself

"Do I want more of THAT?!"

If you think people are mean to you and that you always have bad things happen stop and ask yourself,

"Do I want more of THAT?!"

If you criticize yourself, ask yourself,

"Do I want more of THAT?!"

I think you get the point.

Before long, you will notice where you are putting your attention and it will become a new
habit to put your attention mostly on what you REALLY DO WANT MORE OF!

Then, you will really see your life improve.

Go From Negative To Positive - Change Your Attitude With Gratitude

Most people are not even aware of how much negative they watch, listen to and talk about every day. 

Do you have to get all the details of the negative news to tell the story over & over to everyone? 

If so you are creating more negative in your own life. 

Turn off the news.
 
Tell a better story. Repeat only good news.
 
Attract more good into your life by doing so. 

Today, really pay attention to what you are talking about.   
 
Write it down.

If it is about death, accidents, murders, how bad the economy is, how bad the government is, how we need to be praying for this negative thing or that negative thing so that it is better, then STOP IT! 

Don't talk about bad economy.  Pray, meditate, think and talk about abundance.
 
Don't talk about accidents and murders.  Pray, meditate, think and talk about safety.
 
Don't talk about (insert subject that you don't want here).
 
Pray, meditate, think and talk about (insert subject you DO WANT here.) 
 
Get the drift?! 
 
You really have to change were you are putting your attention on all subjects
repeatedly daily if you want the better life you are working toward.
 
A great way to re-focus your attention is to get into the habit of looking around and
really feeling gratitude for what you have right now that you ARE grateful for.
 
Gratitude is a very high vibration emotion and the more you do it, the more you will improve your life.  
 
But you have to really feel the feeling of gratitude and depending on how much negative you've been focused on, you may have to do this a lot to shift the pattern to better.
 
Once you shift it and keep it going, your life will get better and better and better.

Self Awareness - Your Pathway To A Better Life

The one underlying thing that keeps most people from changing enough to actually attract what it is that they are wanting in their life is lack of self awareness.

But don't beat yourself up about it.

We all suffer from lack of self awareness in some field or another, otherwise, we'd be, do and have everything we want.
 
And, by the way, talking endlessly about your problems is NOT an example of self awareness. 
 
As a matter of fact, it is generally just the opposite.
 
If you don't believe me, look at these examples:

Hoarders have gotten a lot of attention on TV lately and have you seen the number of hoarders who when asked what they see they say something like "well, it can be tidied up a bit."

OMG!  Tidied up! It is a big pile of dusty, moldy, junk and trash!  You see, they are not AWARE of how it really is when they look right at it or talk about it to others.

Or the very overweight person who says "I just can't lose weight and I hardly eat anything." When everyone else watches as they constantly shovel food in their mouths.

Or the drama queen (or king) who has to tell and re-tell every negative event from their whole
day over and over again in great detail and yet wonders why their life is so bad.

Or the person who wastefully spends all their money, has nothing really to show for it and yet, has no idea why they can't pay their bills. 

Those are all extreme examples, I admit, (and many of these people need extreme help) but we all do this to some degree.
 
You see, self awareness is more than just "head knowledge".  It is when you "KNOW".
 
When you realize something.  You have an "ah-ha" moment. 

Like I said, if we didn't, we'd all be, do and have all we want right now.
 
How will you know when you've increased your own self awareness on some area?
 
You will know because things become easy to improve.

So, how do we become more self aware.
 
One way is by raising your dominant vibration.

As you raise in vibration, naturally, your awareness will also raise. 
 
By doing all the things I mention in these posts and in my daily email coaching, you will begin the shift upwards.
 
And if you still need help, you may have to get the help of someone outside of you who can see that which you cannot.
 
I suggest you use an objective professional and not a friend or relative as those people are too close and generally will only cause upset.  Also, if you use a non-professional, you run the risk of just having more of their issues projected into your own situation which will help neither of you.
Start with the simple things I've gone over here and in the daily email coaching.

It is SO worth doing.

You can begin to create the life you always wanted.

Stop The Gloom, Despair And Agony Story Telling of Your Life

If you are old enough, you might remember the variety show, "Hee Haw". 

I thought of that show recently when observing some people apparently talking about "good" things in life.  I say "apparently" because for every one good thing they had to say they added on several problems and negatives that they have going on. 
 

 
 
The reason it made me think of "Hee Haw" was because there was a comedy skit in the show where these farm hands started by singing a song that went like this: 

"Gloom, despair and agony on me.  Deep dark depression, excessive misery.  If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all.  Gloom, despair and agony on me."   (Play the video to hear it.)

Then one guy would start to tell a story to the other guys that was supposed to be a good story but it always contained a lot of problems and negatives.  Then they would end the skit singing that same song again.  This was comedy at the time. 

However, it isn't very comical when you are creating everything in your life based on the continual stories you tell to everyone about every issue, problem and situation that comes up in your life that is unwanted. 
 
               THAT IS HOW YOU KEEP GETTING MORE UNWANTED THINGS! 

So, although this may be funny when watching a show, it is NOT funny manifesting problems in your life.

First, become aware of what you spend most of your time talking about.

Then, STOP the doom, gloom, everything goes wrong, drama, drama, drama story telling in your life.  

If you really DO NOT have anything good to say, say nothing or better yet, find good things to talk about.

It Is All Your Perception - Change Your Mind, Change Your World

Many years ago, a large American shoe company sent two sales representatives out to different parts of the Australian outback to see if they could drum up some business among the Aborigines.

Some time later, the company received telegrams from both agents.

The first said, "No business here . . . natives don't wear shoes."

The second one said, "Great opportunity here . . . natives don't wear shoes!"

This story illustrates how it is all perception.

Given the exact same "fact", the two salesmen had totally different perceptions, opinions and thus reactions.

This is exactly what happens with us all the time.

We take what is the fact of the matter and then we determine our opinion of it.

Nothing really has a meaning to us until we give it one. 

Then we live our lives based on the meaning that WE gave it!

Therefore, why not give things the best meaning that we can?

Change your perception, change your life.

We all know these type of stories and quotes and they ring true to us when we read or hear them, but how can it really have a measurable positive impact on our life.

One simple step you can do is to write down everyday perceptions you have about yourself, your situation or anything.

Now write down how you can think differently about them and actively think of it differently, better, more in alignment with what you want.

For example:  I often have people who want more money tell me that they can't make more money in what they are doing.  If that is you, write that down and then write down how you could have more money.  

Like.................

I could get a bonus.  I could get more clients.  I could get a refund from something I don't know about.  Some one could just give me money.  I could find some money.  I might win some money.  I could do some fun task for someone and earn some extra money.  I could sell something I don't use any longer for some money.

Do this consistently every day for a month.

I think once you do this, you will see a positive change.

What Is All This Talk About Attaining a Higher Vibration?

Have you heard people talking about attaining a higher vibration?

Are you unsure what that means or why it's important to you?

In this article I am going to address both questions so that you will have a clearer understanding and hopefully want to attain it for yourself and your life.

We all vibrate energetically at a particular frequency.

The lower the frequency, the denser your energy, and the heavier your problems seem.

Here you may experience pain and discomfort in your physical body and experience heavy emotions and mental confusion.

Psychically, your energy is darker. You need to exert a great deal of effort to accomplish your goals. Overall, your life takes on a negative quality.

The higher the frequency of your energy or vibration, the lighter you feel in your physical, emotional, and mental bodies. You experience greater personal power, clarity, peace, love, and joy. You have little, if any, discomfort or pain in your physical body, and your emotions are easily dealt with. Your energy is literally full of light! Your life flows with synchronicity, and you manifest what you desire with ease. Overall, your life takes on a positive quality.

Being in a higher vibration is going to become more and more important to you and the rest of the world as we experience greater awareness of the polarities between the lower and higher vibrations. We will begin to perceive greater separation between the "dark" and the "light" almost as if we live in two worlds at once. We will need to consciously choose between the dark and the light or the higher and the lower vibrations.

Despair and desperation due to challenges will consume those vibrating at a lower frequency. Know that help is available from those vibrating at the higher frequency. The lower and denser energies will naturally want to rise when around the higher and lighter energies.

However, this process will feel very uncomfortable for people who carry the lower energies and people who carry the higher energies for a while. It is important for people who carry a higher vibration to maintain it and not lower it no matter how uncomfortable it feels. Those people resonating at a higher vibration will only be able to maintain it as long as they don't succumb to the pull of the lower vibration. That pull will come in the form of old programs and patterns of needing approval or of wanting to "fit in."

When you choose to be in a higher vibration, you are an example.

Choosing the light of a higher vibration requires a firm commitment to it even when it feels as though you no longer fit in.

You won't receive approval or fit in any longer because you WILL stand out from those with a lower vibration just as a tiny light in the midst of a dark room stands out.

Understand that those with the lower vibration have the potential to raise their frequency.

Remember that you will be able to find people who resonate at a higher vibration where you will have the support you need to keep your light shining bright.

Are You Creating Your Life Deliberately or By Default?

I have been asked probably thousands of times the same question: "How can I get Law of Attraction
to work for me?"

The answer from me and everyone else who understands Universal Laws is this:

"Law of Attraction is constantly working every moment of every day bringing you more of that which you but your dominant attention on. You attract what matches your vibration and you are doing it all the time.

You don't have to MAKE IT WORKS.  It just is working."

 The reason that question keeps getting asked is because the answer is not satisfying to the majority of people.

People want to know that there is something that they can "turn on" to get Law of Attraction (LOA) to work for them for what they want.

And that is just not how it works.

LOA is working 24/7 non-stop all the time for everyone.

The real question for people could be phrased more like this: "What do I need to do, if anything, to apply LOA deliberately so that I get what I want and not more of what I don't want".

That is what I've been helping people first to realize and then to apply in their own lives with great success.

There are thousands of books, websites, coaches, audios and videos about all of this already.

Then why would ANYONE still be coming to me (or anyone else) for help.

Because they have not yet realized that they can either put their attention on what is wanted or they can unknowingly keep putting their attention on the worries, upsets, cares and woes of what they don't want and keep getting more of that.

LOA works perfectly all the time. You keep lamenting something that is wrong and you will, sure enough, keep getting more of it.

I find those who seem to think they know the most on this journey of life the most challenging ones to get to see that THEY are the ones that keep putting their own attention and emotion on unwanted things and thus getting more of it.

ok.

I could go on and on about that, however, that's not my style. My goal is to get on with it. Give people something they can do right now to get positive results.

First, realize now, right now, that YOU and ONLY YOU are the ONLY person who is now, has ever or will ever be the creator of YOUR life.

YOU GET ALL THE CREDIT FOR EVERYTHING WANTED AND UNWANTED IN YOUR LIFE!

That should be a very freeing realization because if YOU are the only person who is in charge of YOU, then YOU only have to work on YOU in order to get what you want.

Second, take a real good look at your day to day activities.

Listen folks, that is where all this creation is happening.

Yes, sitting down to meditate or going to seminars and reading books are all great, but the MAIN amount of creation for wanted and unwanted things that are happening in YOUR life is in the moment by moment thoughts, emotions and habits you are in.

Those are the things you are getting more of.

It is that simple.

I use the analogy of "the tail wagging the dog". Backwards, yes, but that is what most people are unknowingly doing.

You wait until something apparently "bad" happens and then you REACT to it.

Stop right then. Ask yourself, would I be doing this action or thinking this thought IF my life was only filled with what is wanted.

The answer is probably NO!

It can even appear that what you are doing is a "good" thing. But be aware.

For example:

You could have been meditating all last night for perfect interactions at work. You arrive at work the next morning and "all hell as broken loose".

So you decide that you are going to find an inspirational quote and send it out to all the staff because that will help everyone get along better.

Now, ask yourself, would you have sent out an inspirational quote to all the staff for them all to get along better if they were indeed getting along.

NO!

If you deliberately are creating your life and thus pre-paving and believing for the wanted you have launched out into the Universe, then if you did indeed come into work and everyone else was upset, it would NOT affect you. You would be in a different vibrational realm then all of them.

This is where allowing comes in.

If on the other hand, you do let it affect you vibrationally, then you are like all the billions of people on the planet who are wondering...

"How do I get Law of Attraction to work for me?"

The steps of applying Law of Attraction deliberately toward wanted things are simple and spelled out in my daily emails and my downloadable trainings.

Here they are again, in brief:

Ask - you simply ask for what you want without contradicting it with thoughts of lack, limitation or unworthiness.

It is Given - This is not YOUR work. The Universe always answers your vibrational requests, it matches them perfectly constantly.

Receive - Allow the good to come to you. This is where allowing comes in from the above example. You stay focused on your want and feel the feelings of already having it so that you are a vibrational match to what is wanted regardless of what is happening around you.

That's IT!!

Now, find joy. Moment by moment ways to appreciate what you already have. Desire more things that you can believe that you can have now.

Relax.

If You Can See It In Your Mind And Believe It, You Will Receive It

In my previous posts of late, I've been giving you practical information about how to raise your vibration and hold a positive, un-contradicted thought for 17 seconds to launch it into creation.

All of this information about getting out of procrastination and not getting overwhelmed and being higher in vibration are very helpful to lead a better life right now and I recommend you use these tools for those purposes.

However, actually, the higher purpose that all of this has for me and those whom I coach is that you finally realize how you are getting what you are getting in your life now and how to change it to get what you want, not just some times, not by chance, but deliberately, with confidence.

It Only Takes 17 Seconds of Pure, Positive, Un-Contradicted Thought

As I stated yesterday, we are all creating and thus manifesting everything in our lives all the time anyway. 
 
You might as well learn how to do it on purpose and create and manifest what you want. 
 
Right ?
 
It only takes 17 seconds of pure, positive, un-contradicted thought to start to launch a desire into creation.
 
Positive outweighs negative by thousands of time.
 
However, most people are not aware of how they are actually sabotaging themselves with fear, disbelief, disharmony, worry and other negative emotions. 
 
They spend too much time watching negative information and engaging in negative thinking and speaking.

In addition to what I've posted in previous posts about staying positive, here is a very simple way to pay attention to putting more positive thoughts in your life more often for better results.  
 
Most people can't even think for 5 seconds on something positive without a contradictory thought coming in but it can be accomplished with practice. 
This is very important even though very simple.
 
Use your imagination or even "talk your way" through this out loud. (with no one around.)
 
Think of something you want, for example a bit more money.  It has to be something you believe so start with a slight improvement from where you are or something you consider small. 
 
Start "talking" or thinking your way through it from where you are to where you want to be.
 
Here is an example:  "I want more money."  "Other people have more money so it is possible."  "The Universe sends me what I attract so I can think of more positive things, that is easy."  "It isn't my work, I just have to stay positive and focused on what I want and I can do that."  "Thinking about how much calmer my life will be with more money is such a relief."  "I will do __________ with the money and ___________ with the money." (Fill in the blanks.)  "I am so happy and grateful now that I am in alignment with all the Universe wants to give me."   (and anything else that feel good)
 
The point is to just keep talking or thinking about this as you feel better and better and better for 17 seconds and then as you feel the energy increase add another 17 seconds and another and another until you can feel the energy really build up and then let it go knowing the Universe will take care of it.
 
About 4 cycles of 17 seconds or 64 seconds should do it.  You will feel it. Go with how it feels.
But it should never take a lot of time.
 
Now, it is important not to discuss this with anyone.  Not even one person.  I've noticed that when people do this, they disperse the energy.  Just let it keep building and feel good and believe and be ready to receive, build it up and launch it out to the Universe and forget about it. 
 
Go about life being happy and expecting all the good to come to you.
 
There is nothing else you will have to do on that subject as long as you stay high vibration so just let it go and don't keep doing it. 
 
The need to keep doing it just shows disbelief which is in direct contradiction to creation and thus won't help you anyway.
 
If you don't think that 17 seconds is important then think again.
 
17 seconds of pure positive, un-contradicted thought equals 2000 actions hours.
 
Whoa! 
 
That is HUGE!!!!
 
2000 Action Hours.
 
You can never keep up with action in order to keep up with creation. 
 
This is why paying attention to your vibration is so very important.
 
Now, you know how to deliberately direct your attention and use your seconds wisely AND now you know WHY it is so important not to allow yourself to stay in negative states!!! 
 
Multiply all your 17 seconds of negative emotion by 2000 action hours.  UGG!  You don't want that.
 
You want to multiply 17 seconds by 2000 action hours toward all that is wanted and will make you happy.
 
So pay attention and now go about creating your life on purpose.

You Are Already Manifesting - Why Not Do It On Purpose?

Everyone is creating, attracting and manifesting everything into their life right now whether they know it or not.  Most have no idea how they are doing it or why they keep getting what they are getting. 

My purpose is to help people learn how they are getting what they are getting so that if they want to change it, they can.

What is manifestation?

Manifestation is the ability to hold, focus and direct our creative energies into form. 
(It begins with only 17 seconds of pure, positive, un-contradicted thought, so don't fret about it.  I'll go over that tomorrow.  :-)  )

In general, most people tend to disperse their creative energies - their life force - because they have not been taught that these energies are the key to manifesting their dreams and heart's desires.

In order to manifest, we must be able to hold those creative energies in the vessel of our body until, with our intention, focus and direction, we send them out to create something we desire.

For those that are not used to the feeling in their bodies that the build up of these energies generates. It can get intense, and so they seek to disperse the energy, usually through patterns of addictive behavior. Their energy is scattered everywhere and, much like buckshot, little if any of it hits the target. If we recognize these patterns and learn instead to cultivate our creative fire, then manifestation on every level is possible.

An integral key to manifesting is Receiving. We are part of an immense cycle, an ebb and flow of the Universe that involves everything and everyone. That cycle is a part of your very existence.

Most of us learn to give but never learn to receive or are taught that receiving is selfish. Yet who are we to block the flow of the entire Universe? Energy goes out, and so it must return. If we only learn to give and never receive then we can manifest everything we want and it can be right in front of us and we'll never know it's there. It cannot exist in our version of reality.

In addition, most people are creating unconsciously and in so doing their deepest fears and worries are brought forth into their lives for resolution.

Conscious creativity, the flow of creative energy and the ability to receive are what allow us to manifest what we truly desire. Here are some simple steps to transform your creative manifestation process.

Open ~ Be open to the potentials and possibilities, open to the creative force of the Universe. We are the energy of the Universe, recognize your greatness, your power. Open the energy channels of your body to accept the flow of Creation.

Align ~ Be very clear about what you want to create, remember the details, be specific. As the energies flow through you make sure that your thoughts, your feeling and your actions are all aligned toward the same goal.

Gather/Hold ~ Allow the energies to accumulate without dispersing them. Breathe steadily and deeply as a continuous breath. Let the energies build while holding the vision of what you want to create in your mind's eye and experience what the creation made manifest will feel like.

Focus/Direct ~ Concentrate your intention, you can do this through meditation, ritual, being in a calm peaceful state. Continue to feel and fill the creation energies until you are a cup running over.

Release/Create ~ Let the energy go/flow -- it may leave you like a rocket, it may be a wave or just a sense of completion or peace. When you let your manifestation go, let it completely go, no holding back or doubt.

Know/Trust ~ No backtracking, once the seed is planted don't go back and dig it up to see if it's sprouting. Walk away, go on about your business and trust that all is well.

Receive ~ Be open to the potentials and possibilities -- we begin and end in the same place because creation, manifesting and receiving are a cycle, it is something that we do in every instant of of our existence. The more we open to receive the more open we are period, which then allows the process of conscious creation to become a natural constant in the fabric of our lives.

Our challenge is to bring our ability to create to our conscious awareness and then use it with that same awareness. You will get what you ask for/manifest and it may not look like what you expect.

Why limit creation by allowing your mind to think that something can only be one way?

Create the opening for unlimited possibilities, for quantum creation, for miracle manifestation.

It is your birthright, it is your true nature, we are creators and manifesters of the highest order.

Recognize the synchronicity in your life and manifest your dreams!

Free Yourself And The Rest Will Follow - How To Use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) To Free Yourself

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a technique that is used and highly recommended by top doctors such as Dr. Mercola and Dr. Deepak Chopra plus many others.

I mentioned yesterday when I was helping you get over procrastination and avoid overwhelm I would tell you about EFT. 

The reason I highly recommend EFT is because the things that hold people back the most are actually not consciously known to them.

I have found EFT as an effective technique to release those unconscious blocks quickly, easily and effectively.

EFT is a technique that has been used by many people to successfully eliminate known and buried traumas, past emotions, and it has even helped people eliminate physical symptoms.

I personally know of many people who have had great success using EFT and I myself use it frequently for anything and everything.

There are people who spend thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours to go to trainings, self help programs and "camps" to improve themselves and although some have gotten results, many do not or they get lesser results than they had hoped and have to go back for more.

EFT is very easy to learn and once learned, can be done by the individual any time and anywhere.  It only takes a few minutes at a time and can be used for anything.

Here are the simple instructions for doing the short version of EFT:



Note:  The Karate chop point can be used alone and is not part of the short method of EFT.

Here is a video that takes you through the short version of EFT.  You can change the words to fit any situation you are working on.  I recommend you do this longer version for 30 days but once you have done that then I recommend that you do just a couple cycles of it which only takes a few minutes whenever you are feeling a lower emotion "bubble up".


Use EFT daily for health, wealth, get rid of anxiety, to get over addictions, anything and everything.

It is very relaxing so do it in a quiet place.  (However, if need be, I've done this anywhere.)

This is a great tool to help release any resistance you may have toward achieving anything you want.

Make A List And Check It Twice - Get It Done & Feel So Nice

(Corny title, I know, but raising vibration is all about feeling good, so please, go with it.  ;-)  )
 
If you want to actually have the life you desire for real starting as soon as now, you need to be dominantly higher in vibration. 
 
In prior posts, I went over The Emotional Guidance Scale so that you can see where you are vibrationally now as your starting point, then I gave you 9 Simple Things you can do to raise your vibration, then just yesterday, I went over how procrastination actually makes you feel lower vibration and takes way too much of your attention and energy and why you should get over it and just "do it". 
 
Today, I am continuing on that by giving you another very simple method to use to help you NOT ONLY get over procrastination but it also helps you to avoid OVERWHELM!
 
Which is a great thing because once someone decides to stop procrastinating, they are usually overwhelmed by all they have to do.
 
Like most people, if you procrastinate, you have probably let some things go for a while and now you just have too much to do?
 
You want to change your life and do things immediately......you've create space in your life for the things that are wanted...... you've found where you are on the Emotional Guidance Scale...... and you are doing some of the 9 things to raise your vibration.....
 
But then when you see all the areas of your life that need work you get so very overwhelmed you go back to doing nothing.
 
This is when it is important to know about gradients (doing a little bit at time) and using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) which I will go over tomorrow. 
 
You can use EFT to release resistance and unknown barriers to your progress.
 
For today, I want to tell you about a very simple, yet highly effective tool I started using way back, years ago when I was going from being a procrastinator to getting things done. 
 
It is simply this:
 
Write down all the things you want to get done right now that CAN be completed today. 
If you have some large tasks, break them down into smaller steps. 
 
This is important so DO NOT skip this step, actually write them all down.
 
Now, take that list of items and find the easiest thing that you can do right now.
 
(Not the most important thing, or the oldest thing or any other criteria.....find the easiest thing, something that can be done in a relatively short period of time to completion........)
 
AND
 
DO IT!!!
 
When it is totally done, check it off the list and congratulate yourself for a job well done and give yourself a little reward......a cup of your favorite hot beverage or a call to an old friend.  Some small, easily available thing that you can do to reward yourself.
 
Then do the next easiest thing to do and on and on. 
 
Instead of looking at what is left on the list, always look at what you have accomplished and tell yourself, "the better it gets, the better it gets."
 
Before long, you, too, will have your list done and will then find it much easier to just do things as they come up rather than letting them pile up again.
 
And remember, once you start a new habit, a new way of thinking and raise in vibration about any one little thing, all the Universal Laws are lined up to aid you in this new vibration. 
 
It is great to get things done and have a more organized life, too, but the main reason this is so very important is to raise your vibration and free up your attention so that you can create the life you really want.
