I mentioned yesterday when I was helping you get over procrastination and avoid overwhelm I would tell you about EFT.
The reason I highly recommend EFT is because the things that hold people back the most are actually not consciously known to them.
I have found EFT as an effective technique to release those unconscious blocks quickly, easily and effectively.
EFT is a technique that has been used by many people to successfully eliminate known and buried traumas, past emotions, and it has even helped people eliminate physical symptoms.
I personally know of many people who have had great success using EFT and I myself use it frequently for anything and everything.
There are people who spend thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours to go to trainings, self help programs and "camps" to improve themselves and although some have gotten results, many do not or they get lesser results than they had hoped and have to go back for more.
EFT is very easy to learn and once learned, can be done by the individual any time and anywhere. It only takes a few minutes at a time and can be used for anything.
Here are the simple instructions for doing the short version of EFT:
Note: The Karate chop point can be used alone and is not part of the short method of EFT.
Here is a video that takes you through the short version of EFT. You can change the words to fit any situation you are working on. I recommend you do this longer version for 30 days but once you have done that then I recommend that you do just a couple cycles of it which only takes a few minutes whenever you are feeling a lower emotion "bubble up".
Use EFT daily for health, wealth, get rid of anxiety, to get over addictions, anything and everything.
It is very relaxing so do it in a quiet place. (However, if need be, I've done this anywhere.)
This is a great tool to help release any resistance you may have toward achieving anything you want.

Kathy,
ReplyDeleteI've experienced this first hand and the results are amazing. I highly encourage anyone who is skeptical to give it a try and see if it doesn't help you break free of some negative ways of thinking, anxiety, pain - you name it.
Thanks for sharing such useful information here on your blog!
Dear Evelyn,
DeleteThank you so much for sharing your experience. That may help some others to try this very simple and easy technique. It is so very powerful.

Kathy, I have heard of this several time prior to your blog, but never really looked at it. Today, I will follow through and check it out to see. Why not? Thanks for your share!
ReplyDeleteArla,
DeleteI'm so glad. I think many people over complicate it. Just follow the points and follow along with the video.
Then, in the future, make up your own affirmations or positive statements of what you want and only do a couple cycles when you need a boost.
I use EFT for anything and everything almost every day for a minute or two.

Kathy, I tweeted your post. Great stuff on tapping. I should actually think of it more often.
ReplyDeleteDina,
DeleteThank you so much. I was so surprised to see you tweeting. :-)
I love EFT and have gotten in the habit of using it daily for a few minutes for everything.

Hi Kathy,
ReplyDeleteI agree, I have known people who have learned EFT and been able to help themselves. Sometimes if someone doesn't want to get into learning a discipline over a long period of time they can learn EFT and soon use it with themselves or others.
Thank you for sharing the great content :)
Dear Hemal,
DeleteThank you for commenting. I greatly appreciate it.
Yes, EFT is fast to learn. To me, it is a tool that the person can use in the beginning to release unknown resistance to what they are really wanting.
Then, I can help people be open to allow what they are really wanting in their life.

Great stuff, Kathy :)
ReplyDeleteInteresting!
ReplyDeleteNow, I imagine this is a silly question, but would also imagine that you don't believe in silly question, so here goes...
In the EFT diagram in mentions tapping. I have seen tapping mentioned in other places - so are EFT and tapping the same thing?
Cheers,
Gordon
I have heard of tapping and I am so glad you provided thorough information! I am bookmarked this page to review the video, this sounds like a tremendous way to also release stress.
