If You Could Change One Thing In Your Life -- Right Now -- What Would You Change?

If you could change one thing in your life -- right now -- what would you change?

For Tina in New York it was stress at work.

In her own words:

One of the habitual thoughts I had was I never had enough time to get any of my paperwork done at work....I gotta tell you that this is the first week in a long time that I actually got everything done and I'm actually ahead of my work schedule so it was fantastic!

This is probably not the first time you've thought about your own answer.

So what's keeping you from making the change?

Have you considered that there's only ONE thing you really need to do and everything else would fall in line and you'd see the change take place.

It sounds too simple, but that ONE thing you need to change is - your thinking!

As James Allen writes in As A Man Thinketh, "Let a person radically alter his thoughts, and he will be astonished at the rapid transformation it will effect in the material conditions of his life."

  1. This is so helpful, Kathy. I often feel frustrated when friends confide in me about something in their lives (like their jobs) that they hate. I always want to say "then change it, do!"

    1. I know. Once people see that you are creating your own great life, often times they will ask you and then you can tell them.

      Thanks for commenting.

  2. It's so much about attitude. I've worked somewhere specific THREE times. First two times I left miserable - now I LOVE it. I simply viewed my experience differently and the experience became a positive one. I know it's not always that simple. But sometimes...it is. Thanks for this post.

    1. Some times, it is that simple.

Nothing has a meaning until you give it one. ;-)

The main thing is to be happy.

  5. Johnny and I came up with the idea to do an ongoing series of conversations where Johnny would take us all along as his journey. His mission is two fold:
