(Well, not too new to me anymore since it has been many years now.)

But for those who will step up and start to change this for themselves now.

:-)

KathyKathy Hadleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13279954740877979223noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3408105165030846338.post-67030854217592734312013-05-10T09:20:02.436-07:002013-05-10T09:20:02.436-07:00Thanks Lianda.

The good thing is you can shift a habit in about 21 days and it is SO worth it.

KathyKathy Hadleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13279954740877979223noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3408105165030846338.post-70206046701328375322013-05-10T09:14:22.890-07:002013-05-10T09:14:22.890-07:00Very true! I can totally relate to your example of doing the dishes. LOL! In my younger days I was that person that left the dishes and had a mess to wake up to. I changed that many years ago and today each morning I wake up to a kitchen that is spotless. For sure this way is better. Taking action is a good way to create a positive mindset. Thanks for reminder. So much of what you said can help a person ...Kathy,
So much of what you said can help a person live a happier life. Do what you are doing mindfully, focused - that also is stress relieving.
One of my favorite quotes (I think I'm going to have to blog about my favorite quotes!) is this: It's harder getting back into something, that out of it in the first place.
Think about it: harder to get back into shape, clean up a huge mess in your kitchen, finish your degree.....
Thanks for your provocative post!Lianda Ludwighttp://www.heartfelt-stress-relief.com/can-you-be-honest/noreply@blogger.com
